Description
The Project Officer will implement and coordinate Save the Children Vietnam’s Young Mind project and other assigned projects in the field, working with the Project Manager, technical advisors, and local partners. The role covers project cycle management, risk and safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, budget and procurement oversight, partner coordination, training and technical support, and emergency response when required. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of INGO experience including program implementation, and strong project, partnership, financial, risk, communication, and child-rights skills.
