Michael Baker International is hiring a National Practice Lead, Planning & Advisory to lead the national Planning & Advisory Practice, develop its growth and technical strategy, manage and build the national practice team, support major client and strategic pursuits, and drive talent development and operational excellence. The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, a BS degree, and preferably a master’s degree or professional license. Compensation is approximately $250,000–$329,000 base, bonus eligible, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
