Description
Molina is seeking a Quality Performance Manager to provide subject-matter expertise for its quality performance solutions team. The role manages quality data collection, analytics, reporting, project delivery, data validation, regulatory compliance, HEDIS audit success, and cross-functional quality improvement initiatives. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience in quality, healthcare experience or functional quality knowledge, data analysis and reporting proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include Azure or SQL query experience, NCQA, HEDIS, CMS, and healthcare coding knowledge, PMP certification, and Six Sigma credentials.
