Costanoa Ventures is hiring a National Security and Deep Tech Investor to join its San Francisco team. The role focuses on sourcing and building founder relationships, leading diligence and market research, supporting portfolio companies with hiring, go-to-market, and strategy, and shaping the firm’s investment theses and systems. The investor will concentrate on national security and deep tech while working across the firm, with experience in defense technology, deep tech, startups, big technology, consulting, banking, or early-stage investing preferred.
