Katalyst is hiring a National Security Business Development Manager to build and own strategic relationships with U.S. national security space mission partners and government organizations, develop capture and partnership strategies, navigate defense acquisition pathways, and lead opportunities from qualification through award. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 10+ years of relevant national security acquisition or business development experience, strong technical and executive communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The anticipated base salary is $175,000–$230,000 annually, with equity, relocation, discretionary bonuses, and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
