Google Public Sector is hiring a National Security Capture Manager to lead high-value capture pursuits for complex national security opportunities. The role owns the end-to-end Shipley-based capture process, develops win strategy and pricing, assesses risks, models price-to-win, orchestrates cross-functional bid teams, engages executive stakeholders, and shapes mission-critical requirements through pre-RFP engagements and proof-of-concepts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, seven years of relevant public-sector capture, business development, or program management experience, National Security agency experience, federal procurement knowledge, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. The position is based in Reston, Virginia, or Washington, D.C., and offers $164,000–$239,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
