Stiles is hiring an onsite Installation Site Manager to lead field crews and subcontractors across Stiles projects nationwide. The role manages mobilization through commissioning and startup, coordinates customers and internal teams, tracks installation quality and defects, controls site budgets and supplier costs, leads on-site meetings, and ensures safety and compliance. Candidates need a technical background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, master craftsman certification, or equivalent hands-on experience with complex industrial equipment, plus experience managing large-scale machine and systems installations. The position requires extensive domestic and international travel and offers competitive compensation and a travel package.
