ID Logistics is hiring a National Site Manager Contract Logistics / Site General Manager National to support the implementation, commissioning, and management of future logistics sites across Germany. The role oversees warehousing operations, employee development, customer management, budgets, workforce scheduling, logistics process optimization, projects, KPI reporting, compliance, and internal and external communication. Candidates need a university degree, several years of comparable experience leading large teams, knowledge of contract logistics, Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma, MS Office and warehouse management systems, and strong German and English skills.
