Description
SupportYourApp is hiring a Support Specialist to provide customer support through calls, chats, and emails, build customer relationships, maintain client solution knowledge, meet KPIs, communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists, and handle sensitive customer data securely. The role requires native Norwegian and B2-level or higher English, at least six months of customer support experience, CRM expertise, analytical and research skills, and a personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection.
