Description
Spektrum is seeking a NATO NC3 Security Programme Manager to support the Nuclear Consultation, Command and Control (NC3) Modernisation programme at NATO Headquarters in Brussels. The role coordinates security plans, classified materials, stakeholder engagement, infrastructure and CIS implementation, policy and engineering reviews, and training across NATO agencies, host nations, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, programme or project management experience, technical CIS and physical infrastructure experience, at least three years of stakeholder management and coordination experience, English proficiency, and a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance. The position is on-site in Brussels and runs from January 2027 through December 2031.
