WLG is hiring a NATO Technical Recruiter for its Defence Recruitment Practice to source, screen, and manage candidates for specialized NATO and defence projects involving cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering, SAP, infrastructure, AI, and digital transformation. The role covers full recruitment lifecycle management, candidate eligibility verification, talent-pipeline development, interview coordination, and ATS maintenance, with commission-only compensation and the possibility of transitioning to a fixed-base-salary position. It is fully remote and requires at least 1–2 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, fluent English, and the ability to work independently.
