Description
The NATP Program Instructor (RN) will collaborate with the Program Coordinator to present curriculum, teach lecture and laboratory content, coordinate clinical training, and supervise course participants during clinical experiences. The role requires a registered nurse with at least two years of nursing experience, including one year in long-term care, plus experience teaching adults, supervising nurse aides, or completing adult education. Strong communication, leadership, and training skills are preferred, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical education environment.
