Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is hiring a Natural Resources Engineer 3 for its Division of Mineral Resources Management. The role supervises lower-level engineers and technicians, prepares or reviews sealed plan sets and bid documents, provides technical assistance for abandoned mine lands projects, helps develop engineering procedures and policies, and manages assigned projects. The position may be headquartered at one of four Ohio offices, with the final location determined by the successful applicant. It requires professional engineer registration and either 12 months of Natural Resources Engineer 2 experience or equivalent related engineering experience, and offers a starting hourly pay of $40.40 with increases over the first 6.5 years of service.
