Tacoma Power is hiring a Natural Resources Operations Manager to lead fisheries resource programs, fish facility operations, environmental capital projects, field technician deployment, data analytics, regulatory compliance, budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams across the Cowlitz and Cushman projects. The role reports to the Assistant Section Manager for Natural Resources, coordinates with Tribes, agencies, and utility partners, and guides complex initiatives from concept through implementation and sustained operation. Candidates need fisheries, hatchery, or fish passage expertise, experience leading environmental capital projects, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least six years of progressively responsible operational or program-management experience, including one year at a senior, lead, or supervisory level. The position offers an hourly rate of $67.84 to $95.51 and an annual salary of $141,107.20 to $198,660.80.
