Pharmbiocon GmbH is hiring a Natural Scientist (m/w/d) for full-time employment to manage a gene technology facility at safety level 1 and contribute to Quality Assurance. The role involves project management, documentation, on-site support at customer companies, and qualification and validation activities. Candidates need a natural sciences degree, knowledge of §28 GenTSV requirements, GMP familiarity, strong communication skills, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel. The position is initially limited to 12 months, with an extension planned, and offers flexible working hours, a home-office arrangement, and the option of permanent employment.
