Description
The Naturalization Program Specialist provides naturalization services to clients, including completing N-400, N-600, DS-11/82, AR-11, and I-90 applications; assisting with disability waivers; and offering information, referrals, case management, or counseling. The role also supports civic engagement and citizenship test preparation, conducts outreach to businesses, groups, and individuals, maintains program databases, and participates in professional development and meetings. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, two years of related work experience, community-service experience, bilingual English-Chinese ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet.
