Oneida Professional Services is seeking a contingent Nautical Science Instructor to support the Marine Transportation Department at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. The role delivers undergraduate Nautical Science courses, mentors Midshipmen, conducts assessments, maintains academic records, develops course materials, and participates in scholarly and institutional activities. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation or a related field, licensed-deck-officer experience, a U.S. Coast Guard Second Mate Unlimited Tonnage or higher license, an STCW credential, and an FCC GMDSS Operator endorsement. It is an on-site Monday-through-Friday role with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other federal benefits.
