Description
The Naval Architect will design and deliver the hull and supporting systems for the company’s ocean-deployed Node, performing stability, weights-and-balance, seakeeping, structural, mechanical, and hydrodynamic analyses; developing fabrication drawings; leading multidisciplinary investigations; and driving requirements for marine operations, corrosion mitigation, and biofouling prevention. The role owns designs from concept through fabrication and deployment, requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience, and is full-time and on-site in Portland, Oregon.
