Description
Navalria is seeking a senior leader to define the technical and strategic vision for its Naval Engineering and Technical Projects area, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, oversee naval project design and validation, ensure compliance with international maritime standards, manage schedules and budgets, support commercial proposals, and represent the engineering function with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. The role requires a degree in Naval Engineering or a related field, strong structural and systems knowledge, engineering software proficiency, project management expertise, fluent technical English, and 8–15 years of experience in Naval Engineering or related industrial sectors.
