Naval Overseer - Naval Architecture/Marine Structures at myhr

Defence Equipment & Support is hiring a full-time Naval Overseer to provide senior engineering oversight of naval architecture and marine structures aspects of three state-of-the-art support ships being assembled at Harland & Wolff in Belfast. The role covers shipyard build assurance, inspection, defect resolution, acceptance and trials support, risk management, stakeholder representation, and professional assurance documentation. Candidates must have a naval architecture or marine structures background, professional registration as an Incorporated Engineer or Incorporated Marine Engineer or equivalent experience, and SC security clearance; the position is onsite and pays £46,400 per annum plus benefits.
