Booz Allen is hiring a Naval Programs Action Officer in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. The role coordinates and executes policies, programs, and initiatives; supports and manages projects to completion on time and within budget; develops plans and strategies; leads team efforts; and serves as a liaison among functional teams, civilian and military leadership, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities also include research, data gathering, analysis, workshops, training, and meetings to support organizational goals. The position requires at least three years of experience as a company-grade military officer serving as an action officer, three years in project management or policy implementation with cross-functional teams, data analysis and reporting knowledge, the ability to work under pressure, and a Secret clearance. A bachelor's degree is required, while additional military, Navy systems, communication, PMP, and Top Secret clearance qualifications are preferred. The projected annualized compensation is $77,600 to $176,000 USD, with health benefits available to eligible employees.
