Navi is hiring a mid-level Caregiver contractor to provide non-medical in-home support to clients across North and Central Scottsdale, Central/North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills/Rio Verde. The role covers personal care, attendant care and companionship, light homemaking, observation, documentation, and communication with clinical and scheduling teams. Compensation is $30 per hour, and the contractor must maintain a CNA license, current CPR and First Aid certification, Arizona fingerprint clearance, negative TB testing, immunizations, a valid Arizona driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and required onboarding. The position is physically demanding and requires travel between cases.
