Telespazio Belgium is hiring a full-time Navigation System Engineer to work on-site within ESTEC, the European Space Agency’s Netherlands offices, as a contractor supporting Galileo 2nd Generation system engineering. The role covers Galileo service and segment requirements, simulator development and trade-off analyses, system reviews, technical and contractual documentation, and coordination with ESA, stakeholders, and contractors. It requires a relevant master’s degree, GNSS/space systems engineering experience, programming in Matlab, Python, or C++, requirements management and MBSE knowledge, and eligibility for EU security clearance. The position uses a hybrid schedule with three office days and two remote days in the Netherlands and includes health insurance, pension, leave, relocation support, and other benefits.
