Description
Spektrum is seeking a Program Planner Officer to support the NATO Communications and Information Agency’s Assistance and Advisory Service. The role establishes and maintains program master schedules, coordinates project planning and scheduling performance, monitors risks, prepares planning reports, and advises IPT managers. It requires an engineering degree, at least three years of program or project planning experience on naval projects, proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera, technical writing ability, digital literacy, and professional English and Portuguese proficiency. The position is based in Lisbon or Almada, Portugal, with possible travel to other NATO sites and requires a valid National or NATO Confidential security clearance.
