Sterlington PLLC is hiring an independent contractor to perform high-volume legal contract review of NDAs, master services agreements, and vendor arrangements. The role involves verifying AI-generated first-pass markups, applying client-specific legal playbooks, identifying confidentiality and commercial risks, maintaining ticket status, and improving AI-assisted review workflows. It is 100% remote, scheduled in Eastern Standard Time, and requires at least four years of legal contract-review experience, including NDA review under United States or United Kingdom law, plus experience building or implementing AI automation for legal or contract review.
