Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Litigated File Handler to manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent motor insurance claims, including bogus passenger, staged, exaggerated, induced-accident, low-speed-impact, late-notification, credit-hire, MIB, and linked or organised-crime claims. The role involves reviewing evidence, developing case strategy, handling files without delegated authority, reporting to insurers, conducting investigations, maintaining case-management systems, and achieving client and financial targets. It requires civil litigation or legal-file-handling experience, insurance litigation knowledge, CPR familiarity, advocacy skills, analytical ability, and strong communication. The position is based primarily at the Bolton Parklands Office, with office attendance at least one day per week, and runs 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
