Description
Chromalloy is hiring an NDT Inspector to perform non-destructive evaluation of gas turbine engine components using processes such as laser, ultrasonic, X-Ray, eddy current, and MPI/FPI. The role also includes dimensional and visual inspection, quality documentation, incoming inspection, repair-scope generation, and regulatory paperwork, while maintaining safety, quality, and continuous-improvement standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, strong shop mathematics, 3–5 years of inspector experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to interpret blueprints and work in a team; X-Ray and MPI/FPI Level II certifications are preferred. The position requires PPE, may require evening, weekend, or holiday work, and is limited to U.S. persons.
