Description
Chromalloy is hiring an X-Ray Operator to perform X-ray shoot operations on investment castings, inspect parts for accept or reject decisions, complete paperwork, and route finished parts. The role is scheduled for the second shift from Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with a $2.00 differential pay. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, must be certified or close to certification for NAS 410 Level I RT inspection, and should have film or digital X-ray experience; aerospace and foundry NDT experience are preferred. The position requires physical work involving lifting up to 35 pounds, exposure to moving mechanical parts, and availability for additional training and occasional outside-hours work.
