Devoteam is hiring a Medior Atlassian Support Consultant for a nearshore setup supporting clients in the Netherlands. The role focuses on administering, configuring, and optimizing Jira and Jira Service Management, including user access, workflows, automation, JQL, service-management assets, troubleshooting, client collaboration, and documentation. Candidates need 2–5 years of hands-on Atlassian experience, strong Jira and JSM technical skills, fluent English, and a client-focused advisory mindset; ScriptRunner experience and prior consulting or managed-services experience are preferred.
