Description
Devoteam is hiring an experienced Scrum Master for its nearshore team in Portugal. The role supports Agile transformation and cross-functional team delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching stakeholders, removing impediments, managing sprint backlogs and priorities, monitoring Agile metrics, and communicating risks and dependencies. The position requires a Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification, at least three years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience, GCP experience, familiarity with Scrum and Kanban, proficiency with project management tools, strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience with distributed or nearshore teams.
