Description
Arcadis is hiring a Senior Project Manager to act as an NEC4 Accredited Project Manager on major National Highways infrastructure schemes. The role owns full NEC4 ECC contract administration, compensation events, programme and payment processes, commercial risk, technical compliance, stakeholder relationships, and project leadership, while supervising less experienced staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, chartered engineering or surveying qualification, current NEC4 Project Manager accreditation, sustained NEC4 ECC experience, and experience managing schemes valued at £200m or more. The position requires a minimum of two to three days per week on site and represents a senior, unsupervised NEC4 Project Manager role.
