Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to support large-scale construction and manufacturing programmes in Derby. The role involves independent on-site scrutiny of works, defect management, testing, progress meetings, contract communications, issue identification, and recordkeeping, while reporting to Project Leads and working with Project Managers and technical teams. Applicants should have NEC Supervisor or NEC Project Manager accreditation, a relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification, construction experience, and knowledge of construction methods; NEC4 ECC knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
