Americor is hiring a Negotiator to work with creditors, collection agencies, and attorney offices to negotiate fair, reduced settlements for clients. The role involves calculating and processing settlements, managing an active account queue, reviewing client accounts, gathering settlement documentation, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals. Candidates need effective communication, initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and at least one year of experience in debt settlement negotiations, collections, mortgage loan processing, or customer service; debt settlement, back-end or recovery collections, and mortgage operations experience are preferred.
