Fairfax Neonatal Associates is hiring full-time Advanced Practice Providers, specifically Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants, for its NICU in Northern Virginia. The role coordinates and manages care for critically ill and premature newborns, provides family-centered care and education, performs neonatal procedures, leads transport teams, documents in EPIC, and participates in quality improvement and professional development. Applicants must have board certification and NICU experience, along with required licenses and certifications.
