Fairfax Neonatal Associates is hiring an experienced Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neonatologist for a clinical role primarily at the Level IV NICU at Inova LJ Murphy Children's Hospital, with some time at surrounding Level III community NICUs. The position requires strong clinical abilities, delivery room experience, interpersonal skills, and dedication to quality improvement. Compensation is $250,000 to $400,000 in starting base pay, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, professional development, and malpractice insurance benefits.
