Description
EDGE Engineering and Science is hiring a multi-disciplinary National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Project Manager to independently prepare legally defensible environmental documents, including Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, categorical exclusions, and related technical studies for linear, marine, coastal, and restoration projects. The role involves authoring documents, coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies and the public, managing project deadlines, overseeing subconsultant work, providing quality assurance and quality control, supporting environmental permitting, and training junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, geology, planning, or a similar field, at least 7–10 years of NEPA or comparable experience, strong research, writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and willingness to travel as needed.
