Description
The NEST Social Worker provides direct clinical services to youth ages 12–18 in a 90-day OCFS licensed diagnostic program. The role conducts psychosocial assessments and treatment plans, participates in multidisciplinary evaluations, develops diagnostic summaries, supports youth stabilization, collaborates with families and external systems, and coordinates with the Integrated Treatment Model team. The position requires a master’s degree in mental health, LMSW/LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure, at least one year of relevant experience, childcare supervision capability, a driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
