Mindlance is hiring a Sr. Staff Java Engineer for a 0–12-month engagement on its Online Security Technologies team. The role is split between 50% team leadership and 50% hands-on development, with responsibilities including leading software delivery, Agile and Scrum coordination, SAML and OAuth integration, release management, code quality, risk mitigation, and enterprise application design. The position requires C# and .NET expertise, at least 8 years of software development experience, 5 years of team leadership experience, and a BS/BA/MS in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
