IntelliPro is hiring a Full Stack Developer, also described as an Operations Developer, for a contract-to-hire period from September 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027, in Glen Allen, Virginia. The hybrid role supports and improves a Microsoft-stack application using C#/.NET, Azure App Services and Functions, SQL, CosmosDB, and Angular. Responsibilities include production troubleshooting, process automation, backend development, SQL and CosmosDB work, and collaboration with senior developers. The position requires 1–3 years of software development experience, strong C# and .NET skills, and basic SQL ability; Azure, JavaScript frameworks, Entity Framework, NoSQL, and Git experience are preferred. Compensation is $70–$80 per hour on W2.
