Description
The Developer II is a contract, hybrid software development role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The position independently programs enhancements, documents requirements, designs algorithms and workflows, produces and tests code, resolves production issues, leads small technical initiatives, and mentors Developer I and Junior Developers. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5–8 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Entity Framework, and related technologies, with growing proficiency in React, ASP.NET Core, design patterns, DevOps, and CI/CD. The pay range is $40.00–$55.00 per hour, and the position is anticipated to close on October 7, 2026.
