Citi is hiring a full-time .NET Full Stack Developer to build and maintain in-country Markets Operations applications in Kazakhstan. The role covers web and Windows interfaces, backend microservices, database development, API integration, automated workflows, SDLC compliance, testing, and CI/CD operations. Candidates should have full-stack development experience with .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies, along with strong database, microservices, REST API, and DevOps experience; financial services, FX, securities markets, and Kazakhstan regulatory knowledge are preferred or highly sought.
