Description
The NetOps NOC is a five-month contract role in Phoenix, Arizona, responsible for network operations center services including technical support, troubleshooting, planning, forecasting, design, project management, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of converged data and voice networks. The position handles customer and vendor communications, ticket triage, network security monitoring, documentation, procurement, and policy development, with primarily remote work and possible onsite support during meetings or hands-on work. An associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field plus one year of wide-area and local-area network experience, including common-carrier data networks, is required; SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and CCNA experience are preferred.
