Workstate is hiring an ET NetSuite Developer to support an enterprise ERP transition by maintaining and troubleshooting existing NetSuite functionality, analyzing customizations and integrations, documenting current-state processes, assisting with data conversion and validation, and helping migrate functionality to the Compass platform. The role requires strong NetSuite development experience, practical ERP knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues; it is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Strong NetSuite development experience
Practical ERP knowledge
Preferred Qualifications: NetSuite development experience, especially SuiteScript
Experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, saved searches, forms, records, and roles
Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and business processes
Experience with SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SOAP/REST APIs, or other integration methods
Ability to migrate or rebuild functionality from NetSuite into another ERP platform
JavaScript experience
Understanding of accounting, finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or operational ERP processes
Experience with data extraction, reporting, and transition support
Ability to analyze legacy customizations and determine equivalent functionality in target systems
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
