Description
The Functional Analyst will bridge client business processes with cloud technology by conducting requirements workshops, mapping and optimizing workflows, configuring NetSuite, supporting UAT and Go-Live, training users, and providing post-deployment support. The role requires 2–5 years of functional analysis or ERP implementation experience, client-facing workflow optimization experience, French and English proficiency, and a relevant university degree. It is a permanent full-time position with a hybrid model requiring three days per week at the Montreal office near Sauvé metro station.
