Trafilea is hiring a NetSuite Functional Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specifications, epics, and user stories, and to drive NetSuite ERP initiatives from requirements through implementation and production. The role partners with business stakeholders, technology, PMO, BI, and other teams; manages the project backlog; identifies risks and dependencies; tracks KPIs and milestones; builds dashboards; and improves tools and processes. The position requires at least four years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience, strong ERP process knowledge, clear communication, autonomy, and active use of AI tools.
