Description
The Network Operations Engineer supports the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, and network security infrastructure. The role includes monitoring network availability, performance, and capacity; implementing security controls and configuration standards; supporting network projects and upgrades; maintaining documentation; managing service providers and vendors; and ensuring compliance with security, governance, and change-management requirements.
