Description
The Network Analyst II provides operational maintenance and stability for local network infrastructure, including SDWAN routers, LAN switches, wireless access points, UPS systems, cabling, data-center and closet environments, and hardware lifecycle management. The role handles ServiceNow ticketing, end-user network requests, break-fix recovery, VLAN assignments, port activation, and hardware deployments, and requires demonstrated experience with Cisco SDWAN, switching, and wireless technologies plus 11+ years of experience with HS.
