Description
The Network Operations Specialist provides on-site monitoring and operational support for FBI CJIS IT services in the CJIS Secure Network Operations Center in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The role monitors system health, application availability, WAN connectivity, network performance, security, and incident response; troubleshoots complex network issues; supports network implementation projects; maintains documentation; and provides guidance to other IT staff. It requires six years of relevant experience, knowledge of cloud, network, security, and routing technologies, experience with WAN/LAN and network hardware, Agile experience, and a current Top Secret clearance. The position is onsite on the morning shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and requires United States citizenship.
