The role handles Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, network and security equipment, monitoring, automation, security policies, documentation, and collaboration with systems, cloud, security, and operations teams. Candidates need at least three years of experience, strong network and security knowledge, incident-management and ITIL skills, and familiarity with monitoring tools; cloud knowledge is appreciated.
