Description
Rentschler Biopharma SE is seeking a Network & Virtualization Engineer to operate, develop, standardize, and secure global infrastructure platforms across networking, virtualization, endpoint management, identity management, and IT/OT integration. The role includes managing Extreme Networks, VMware and Windows Server platforms on-premises and in Microsoft Azure, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory and Entra ID, software distribution, patching, compliance monitoring, and secure integration of manufacturing, laboratory, and building systems. It also supports infrastructure projects, migrations, GMP/GxP requirements, ISO 27001 security controls, and collaboration with engineering, automation, and cybersecurity teams. The position requires a relevant technical degree or equivalent training, several years of enterprise infrastructure experience, strong knowledge of the listed technologies, German and English proficiency, and strong analytical, service-oriented, and communication skills.
